Just Me, Please is a small, independent guide run from Taiwan. We collect as little as we can. You do not need an account to use the site, and we do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
The site itself does not use cookies, local storage or similar technologies, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check traffic for abuse.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not follow you across other websites. We only see summary numbers, such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types, and we cannot identify you from them.
Services that receive your IP address
Like any website, loading a page sends your IP address and basic browser information to the services that deliver it:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks.
- OpenStreetMap provides the map images. When a map loads, your browser requests them from the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Fonts and all other files load from our own site.
Links to other sites
Buttons such as “Open in Google Maps” and “Directions,” and links to official sites or our sources, take you to other websites. Nothing is sent to them until you click. After that, their own privacy policies apply.
If we add affiliate links in the future, the partner may use its own cookies after you click, so it knows you came from us. See our affiliate disclosure.
Messages you send us
You can contact us by email at hello@justmeplease.com. Messages are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail), so their privacy policies also apply. If you send us a place, a correction or a photo, we use it only to check and update the site. We keep messages only as long as we need them. We credit you by name only if you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have from you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@justmeplease.com.
Children
This site is written for adult travelers and is not aimed at children.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, for example by adding a form or advertising, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
