How to order, step by step
- Make sure you are at No. 16, the main shop - branch 2 is further along Tong'an Street
- Order a small or large bowl of mixed mee sua, and stinky tofu if you like
- Ask staff whether to pay first, and pay in cash
- Sit at one of the small tables or take it away
- There is no toilet
What to order solo: A small bowl of mixed mee sua (NT$50 in early 2024) as a snack, or add a small plate of stinky tofu (NT$55 then) for a light meal. The broth contains pork and seafood.
Best time to go alone: Mid-afternoon (14:00-17:00) or after 20:00, when the small shop is less crowded.
