- There are no bookings - join the line in the lane and watch for passing scooters
- Buy your ticket at the machine by the entrance (cash only) - staff will help if you get stuck
- Hand the ticket to staff and wait to be seated at the counter or upstairs
- Each person orders at least one bowl
