How to visit, step by step

  1. Start at Zhongshan or Shuanglian Station and walk the park end to end, about 800 m since the southern section reopened in 2025
  2. Use the marked crossings where side streets cut across the park
  3. Step one block west to Chifeng Street for cafes and small shops
  4. Markets and events only happen on some dates, so do not plan around one
Don't miss: Walk the whole green corridor, then take a coffee or bookshop break on Chifeng Street, one block west.
Best time to go alone: Late afternoon, before heading to dinner around Zhongshan Station.
