Lin De Dian Beef Noodles (Nanjing)

麟德殿牛肉麵 南京店 · show this name to taxi drivers

A beef noodle shop opened in 2025 by a Taiwanese hot-pot restaurant group, on Nanjing East Road and open until 3:30 in the morning. Besides classic braised or clear-broth beef noodles, it serves pepper pork tripe noodles, sous-vide chicken noodles and rice plates, with a self-serve condiment bar. It's a solid hot meal on your own late at night, when most noodle shops have closed.

  2. Order one bowl for yourself. The NT$1,500 five-cut bowl is meant for 3-4 people, so skip it
  3. For the classic beef noodles, choose braised or clear broth
  4. Add pickled mustard greens and chili sauce from the self-serve condiment bar
  5. If you come late, order before 03:00. The kitchen stops then, and the shop closes at 03:30
What to order solo: The beef three-treasure noodles (NT$260 at the 2025 opening) or the pepper pork tripe noodles with soft ribs (NT$240). The grilled thick-cut beef tongue noodles (NT$380) are the splurge. Check the posted price.
