A third-generation noodle stall in the Dadaocheng back streets, serving oil noodles or rice noodles in a broth simmered from chicken, pork and offal, with plates of sliced meats on the side. There is no menu or price list and you will likely share a table, but a bowl plus one small plate is a normal order for one. It is on the 2026 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand list.

How to order, step by step
- Join the queue outside - it usually moves steadily
- Near the front, staff either take your order or hand you a sheet to mark
- Ask for one bowl of noodles or rice noodles (dry or in soup) and one or two side plates, and say you are alone so the sides are sized for one
- Nothing is priced on the wall, so ask how much before adding more
- Share a table if staff seat you with others, and pay cash when you finish
What to order solo: A bowl of noodles or rice noodles with a small plate of braised pork (served from about 10:00) or white-cut chicken. Noodle bowls were about NT$20 in 2023; one reviewer's soup noodles plus chicken came to about NT$140 in spring 2026.
Best time to go alone: Weekdays before 09:30 or after 13:30. Weekend late mornings are the busiest, and popular sides sell out.
