Mei Jing Sichuan Snacks

美景川味小吃(美景紅油抄手) · show this name to taxi drivers

A tiny Sichuan noodle stall in the basement of the old Dinghao building, known for its wontons in red chili oil. A bowl of wontons or dan dan noodles costs well under NT$150 in 2026, so it makes an easy, cheap meal on your own, though seats are few and there is often a short queue.
