A smart, Michelin Bib Gourmand-listed beef noodle restaurant on a lane off Ren'ai Road. The beef broth is cooked with several kinds of tomato, you choose from three noodle widths, and the menu is in English, Japanese and Korean. - Choose wide, medium or thin noodles
- Pay NT$150 more if you want fresh tomatoes added to the broth
- Pay at the end - cards are accepted and 10% is added
What to order solo: The beef shank noodle soup (NT$310 in October 2026) is the simplest choice; the signature bowl with oxtail, shank and tendon is NT$550. Meatless tomato or pumpkin-and-mushroom noodles are NT$220.
Best time to go alone: Weekday lunch soon after 11:30, or an early dinner at 17:30.
