How to order, step by step

  1. Take a basket from the stack
  2. Pick vegetables, tofu, mushrooms and other items from the shelves and fridges
  3. Add one kind of noodle, such as thin wheat noodles, instant noodles, ramen, rice vermicelli or glass noodles
  4. Hand the basket to the counter staff, choose soup or dry, and pay in cash
  5. Sit at a shared table until your bowl is ready - extra sauces for dry noodles are at the counter
What to order solo: Six to eight items plus one noodle makes a full bowl; a set was about NT$185 in early 2026. If you like bold flavors, order it dry and mix in the counter sauces.
Best time to go alone: Lunch 11:30-14:00 or dinner 17:00-20:00. It closes between the two.
