How to order, step by step

  1. Find the small shop at No. 20 Jishan Street, near the start of the street
  2. Order one roll at the counter. Staff shave peanut brittle onto a thin crepe and add the ice cream
  3. Say whether you want cilantro. It's traditional, but you can ask them to leave it out
  4. Staff let you take a photo before they wrap it
  5. It's takeaway only, so eat it as you walk before it melts. Skip it if you have a peanut allergy
What to order solo: One roll with taro or peanut ice cream. It's a small, cheap snack. Check the posted price.
Best time to go alone: Morning or late afternoon, when the front part of Jishan Street is less packed.
