- Go to the main shop at No. 204 Minsheng Road, a short walk east of Jinshan Old Street. Branches on the old street have their own hours and seating
- Order at the self-order machine inside, or ask staff for help
- Choose a bowl of taro balls with grass jelly
- Sit at one of the few seats, which are mostly high stools, or take it with you
