A small chicken paitan (creamy chicken broth) ramen shop next to Beitou MRT station, now in a bigger indoor space on Daxing Street after moving from its old stall. The short menu is in Chinese and English, and everyone orders their own bowl, which makes it easy to eat alone.

How to order, step by step
- Take Exit 2 at Beitou MRT station and walk to Lane 23 of Daxing Street. The shop has moved from its old stall on Guangming Road
- Choose from the Chinese-English menu. Each person must order their own bowl - bowls cannot be shared
- Pay in cash after you order
- Wait for your bowl. Everything is cooked to order with a small team, so it can take a while when busy
- Ask for your one free extra serving of noodles if you are still hungry. Leaving food costs an extra NT$30
What to order solo: The original chicken paitan ramen (NT$240 on the October 2026 menu) or the garlic version (NT$250). Spicy, miso and truffle bowls are NT$270, and clam ramen is NT$310.
Best time to go alone: Lunch runs only 11:30-13:30, so arrive at 11:30, or come for dinner right at 17:00. Closed on Mondays.
