A plain neighborhood mee sua shop in the lanes behind Jiantan Station, away from the night market crowds and at local prices. - Sit at a free table, or take it away
- Add black vinegar, chili and garlic from the table to taste

Best time to go alone: A weekday morning before 10:00, or mid-afternoon. Around meal times you may wait about 10 minutes for a seat.
