How to order, step by step
- From Maokong Gondola Station, take bus BR15 or the Maokong Left Line about 10 minutes east, then check the nearest stop on a map app
- On weekends, book ahead or expect to wait for a table
- Order from the menu. The minimum is NT$300 per person, so one pot of tea, or a tea dessert plus a snack, covers it
- Private rooms are for groups of 4 or more at NT$500 per person, so on your own you take a regular table
- Cards are accepted
- It closes at 20:00, before the gondola stops, but check the bus timetable for your way back
What to order solo: A pot of the house oolong or Tieguanyin, about NT$300-360 in 2026, which covers the minimum on its own. Check the menu.
Best time to go alone: A weekday afternoon. Closed on Wednesdays, and weekends get busy.
