How to order, step by step

  1. Join the queue - there is a roped-off line on busy nights
  2. Order at the counter (an English menu is posted inside)
  3. Take your bowl to a seat
  4. Follow the eating guide on the wall: eat the warm tangyuan first, then mix the ice with the syrup
What to order solo: One bowl of the signature fire-and-ice tangyuan. The bowl is big enough to share, so it works as dessert after a light dinner. The tangyuan are made with lard, so they are not vegetarian.
Best time to go alone: Right at opening, or after 22:00 on a weekday, to skip the queue.
