How to order, step by step
- Walk about 6 minutes from Maokong Gondola Station to No. 28, Lane 38 of Zhinan Road
- Pick a seat indoors or outside. Each person orders at least one item
- Scan the QR code at your table to order, then pay at the counter. The printed menu is in Chinese and English
- For tea, you can order a pot from the menu or brew your own. Brewing your own means buying tea leaves plus a tea fee for each person (about NT$100 on weekdays and NT$120 on weekends in 2026)
- The gondola stops at 21:00 on weekdays and 22:00 on weekends and holidays, so plan your way down if you stay late
What to order solo: A coffee (about NT$150-160 in 2026) or a waffle (about NT$180) at an outdoor table with the valley view. Check the posted price.
Best time to go alone: A weekday afternoon, when the outdoor tables are easier to get. Closed on Mondays.
