A small seafood rice-bowl counter in the Taipei 101 basement food court, set up like a Fukuoka street stall. The focus is bluefin tuna on red-vinegar sushi rice, with extra seafood you can add, and the roughly 16 seats all face the counter, so a single bowl on your own is the normal order.

How to order, step by step
- Walk in - there are no reservations, so wait for a counter seat
- Order one rice bowl and choose the tuna cuts
- Add extra seasonal seafood if you want
- Ask how you can pay when you order
What to order solo: A bluefin tuna bowl (from about NT$400 when it opened in late 2025). The deluxe mixed seafood bowl was about NT$700.
Best time to go alone: A weekday between 14:00 and 17:00. It closes at 20:30, earlier than the rest of the mall.
