How to order, step by step
- Go to the door and tell staff how many you are. Your whole party must be there before you are put on the list
- Give the last three digits of a phone number, which is how you are called. If you have no Taiwan number, ask staff how they will call you
- Solo diners usually get a counter seat, which tends to come up faster than a table
- Fill in the order form when your seat is ready. Choose one sukiyaki set with your meat. There is a minimum of NT$350 per person
- Staff start the pot and show you how to eat it. Rice and miso soup can each be refilled once
- You have 70 minutes from when you sit down
What to order solo: One sukiyaki set with Taiwan pork or US beef (NT$480 on the October 2026 menu). A vegetarian set was NT$440.
Best time to go alone: Arrive at 17:00 on a weekday. Later in the evening, expect a wait of around 25-30 minutes.
