A family ice cream shop that began as a street cart more than 70 years ago and still makes old-style Taiwanese flavors on Guiyang Street, south of Ximending. One cup lets you pick three of about nine flavors, such as taro, peanut, red bean, longan, egg or plum. It is a takeaway counter with a bench outside, good for a quick sweet stop on the walk to Longshan Temple.

- Find No. 68 Guiyang Street Section 2, near the corner of Kunming Street
- Order at the counter. One cup comes with three flavors of your choice, and a cone costs a little more
- Point at the flavor names if needed. Some flavors may run out, so have a second choice

- Eat on the bench outside or as you walk
