Bopiliao Historic Block
剝皮寮歷史街區 · show this name to taxi drivers
A preserved old street of red-brick shophouses beside Lungshan Temple, restored by the city and reopened in 2009. Walking the block is free, and the old rooms hold permanent exhibitions on the history of Bangka (old Wanhua) plus changing art shows. It is a quiet, easy add-on to a temple visit.

- Indoor rooms close at 18:00. After that you can still walk the street until 21:00

Don't miss: The long row of brick shophouses on the old street, then one or two of the permanent exhibition rooms on Bangka's history.
